sometimes... usually poor Victorian families would have ONE pair of shoes which the whole family would wear E.G. they would take it in turns. If they did have a pair of their own shoes they would most probably home made.

poor Victorian women would were there own clothes that they made or the clothes they could afforded usually only ever wore one thing as there other dress there other dress would be for special occasions.

Rich Victorian people could live in a household, with servants, maids cooks etc. If you were poor your home could be on the street. Usually maid of bricks, wood, stone.
poor children wore simple and rather uncomfortable clothes that would hurt and be really dull!!!
