You must have an optometrist, then get him to write you a perscription.
Medical marijuana is usually reserved for patients with chronic pain, patients with glaucoma, or those with cancer. A broken femur would not be considered a chronic problem. It is very likely you can get a prescription for oral pain killers after a broken bone, but not marijuana.
It has not been definitively proven, but a new treatment for ASPD does include the use of medical marijuana.
No it can't be. If it was, why would it be used medically?
Considering that Diabetes will qualify you for medical marijuana, I would say "no."

No just say you're depressed all the time and they will ask you if you want Medical Marijuana.
In certain states they will prescribe it for glaucoma and if you have certain types of cancer. Due to the cancer treatments, you don't want to eat and smoking pot will give you the munchies. The last contributor is Not 100% accurate: Marijuana will help glaucoma, Alzheimer's, stomach and intestine problems, tremors, seizures, epilepsy, etc. Marijuana has many different chemicals that are released in different ways of consuming (smoking, eating, drinking, ect.) The plant, without these chemicals, would just be what its name is weed. THC is the strongest and most potent of these chemicals, which happens to be what helps cancer. It has nothing to do with "getting the munchies".
There is no risk. If there was, why would doctors give it to cancer patients?
Medical Marijuana does not have an amendment nor does it fall under the constitutional amendments. This is a states right issue and policies would fall under the states jurisdiction.
The effect of marijuana on someone with AS would most likely be the same as someone without AS. I have AS and am told that I should have marijuana to help calm me down from anxiety and panic but I choose not to. In most cases, if used medical reasons than like people without AS and those with it may feel the same relaxing feelings, ect.
