I found this answer during an internet search for the same question.

You have to phrase it nicely but yes. What most people do is end up blaming the accountant. :( The language I see often is something like "...there was a misunderstanding as to the filing responsibility which kept the S Election Form 2553 from being filed in a timely manner."

You might need other language in your reasonable cause statement depending on which Rev. Proc. you're using the request the Late Election Relief, which is often the tricky part. If you pick the wrong one it could be denied, but you can always refile the Form 2553.

What dosage is the best for Coenzyme Q10?

There is no established dosage for CoQ10. A reasonable dose would depend on what CoQ10 is being used for. Very high dosages are used for degenerative ailments. The dosage would also depend on the form of CoQ10 used. The Ubiquinol form of CoQ10 is the most bio-available and is more potent than the Ubiquinone form. For general health, a reasonable dose would be between 30 mg to 60 mg of Ubiquinol. Most CoQ10 supplement, like CoQ Matrix, contains about 50 mg of CoQ10.
