What would be best size implant currently 290cc want to go for either 420cc or 470cc want fuller shape?

Hello ladies. I currently have 290cc implants, in which I am having removed after recently finding out that they are pip implants! However I have booked my operation for explant and implant. I am going from a 290cc to a 420cc, currently measuring 34dd bra size. My surgeon has told me that this will take me to, roughly an e cup. I would advise, given the fact that most of the ladies on these forums say that they wish they had gone bigger, no matter which size and that if you do go for the smaller you may regret and put yourself up for potentially having to have more surgery. Go for the bigger of the two (470). Wishing you all the luck for your pending op!
