It is probably the overflow jug. It has a small hole under the cap for excess to escape or boil over You do not mention the year but on most Grand Prixs the overflow is located on the passenger side, so I am not sure if the above answer is correct. On the drivers side is the upper radiator return hose, thermostat, temperature sensor. If the leak is close to the engine it could be one of those items, if it is close to the radiator itself it could be a clamp or hose or the radiator itself. If you cannot find the leak, or if the repair is beond your expertice consult a professional. If the problem continues without repair serious engine damage could result if the engine badly overheats. There is no radiator cap on the radiator of the 1994 Saab 900S. there is a coolant reservoir on the drivers side by the shock mount, it is partially see through and you should be able to see the coolant inside, it has a large screw on cap.
The thread on cap for your engine coolant reservoir is the pressure cap / radiator cap ( the engine coolant reservoir is located on the drivers side of the engine compartment , near the firewall )
