Bicycle parts are much more expensive when bought piecemeal as compared to when bought as a complete bike, so usually not much point in buying a bike that will require a lot of replacement parts.
Hayabusa is the fastest bike.

A street bike is a type of BMX bike, so your question can't be answered.
the best dirt bike would be a 250cc 2 stroke
You can not drive a dirt bike (as in motocross bike) on any street. They are not meant for roads. They have no lights or indicators and the noise and pollution levels are also very high usually. You can't register a motocross bike. It would be very impractical and expensive, as the costs of maintaining a motocross bike are staggering. For example the engine can only last 20-50 hours of working time before you need to rebuild it. If by dirt bike you mean hard-enduro type bikes, then it's a different story. They are usually legal to drive on roads, although not very practical or comfortable as well.
I THIN A FIT OR A EASTER OR WE THE PEOPLE BIKE BUT 100% FIT
No, it is illegal to ride a dirt bike on the street but you can ride it on a trail or dirt bike track.

From 2003 it is imposible to make a dirt bike street-legal in California. If you live in California and would like to have a street-legal dirt bike your options are: # Buy a used street legal dirt bike pre-2003 model. # Buy a street legal dirt bike from someone who lives outside California. The bike should have more than 8K miles before you buy it. # Buy a street legal dirt bike from someone who lived outside California and moved to California with his street legal bike. # Buy the following 2007 and up California street legal bikes: KTM 450 EXC-R, KTM 530 EXC-R, Husqvarna TE 450, Husqvarna TE 530
No, unless it is a street legal registered dirt bike.
I would suggest a bike with a small frame and a long seat post if you want a low seat for jumping, but a larger frame if you ride mountain and street more.
