honestly? it depends my friend. i worked for the stasi during the early eighties i cannot tell you what i did. but , i wasn't in confession or mass for that matter. i can tell you one thing when moles and clandestine officers were caught aka spies. they were either put into black sites and during that time starved, beaten and tortured for information and persuaded to give the identity of their handlers or " boss". handlers give orders and take the " spies" info he collects. the handler is unseen and covert. so choosing operatives must be done with extreme care. honestly if a spy is caught in america he will be placed in a place like gitmo or sent back to his country of origin. the cold war was nasty my friend.
Off with your head!
"the spy was dispatched after being caught"...in other words he was killed
they would hang you.
Do NOT get caught.
If you were a spy during the American Revolution and you were caught, one of two things would happen. You would be tried and found guilty, and then sentenced to hang. If lucky, you were sent aboard a prison ship, but more than likely died of disease while on board. In rare instances, spies were included in prisoner exchanges.
she was never caught
He gave his life for is country. He was a spy and was caught and executed.
Shes a good spy because she hadn't been caught. and dressed up very well so no one would recognize her.
She would be discharged instantly. If she was thought to be a Confederate spy, she would be kept in custody and interrogated.
You can buy spy devices from the stores and use those to spy on the people in your house. Just be careful- you don't want to get caught!
he had a load in his nose
The most famous spy was Nathan Hale. He was a spy for Long Island. Unfortanatly he was caught by the British and got hung.
