Call 911. DO NOT induce vomiting, since the acid or base will burn the esophagus and mouth on the way up as well, causing more damage. Figure out how much was ingested, when, and why. If possible, obtain the containers. The goal for ingested chemicals is quickly getting definitive care to remove as much as possible before it gets absorbed in the intestines.
EMS or the ER may place a gastric tube to suction contents out, or specific antidotes may be given.
Remember, just because someone is not showing any signs of illness from ingested chemicals does not mean they will remain that way, they must get emergency care. The chemical will not be absorbed into the system until it gets to the intestines.
The national poison control number is: 1-800-222-1222.

Yes however the normal procedure would be to get a referral from your doctor first.
A swab taken from you would contain your DNA and thus match your DNA. A swab taken from the alleged victim would contain the victim's DNA and thus match the victim's DNA. What would be shocking is if the swab taken from you didn't match your DNA, or the victim's swab didn't match their DNA. Therefor, it means that you are you, and the alleged victim is the alleged victim.
