That may depend on several things, but the most important thing for this particular gun is the barrel length. 12" is long for a pistol, but short for any smoothbore gun according to the BATF. Some manufacturers made .410 pistols with an 18 or 18-1/2" barrel that remained legal after the Gun Control Act of 1934, but I do not think any of the Stevens were more than 12-1/4". IF you have one with a barrel length of 18" or more AND an overall length of 26" it would be worth $100-$600 depending on its condition.
