What would be wrong with a 2001 ford escape if it is over heating with no water coming out and no heat coming out of the heater and the fan kicks on a lot Please help?

The symptoms you described indicate a thermostat that is not opening up. It is simple and inexpensive to replace. It should be located under the upper radiator hose on the engine side.
