I think I'd check for a loose, cracked or missing vacuum hose somewhere
under the hood.

Oil pressure is low or thereis a defective oil pressure switch. You need to pot a pressure gauge on it when it is hot.
some times it comes on when you need an oil change <---- BULLCRAP THIS IS NOT TRUE EITHER UR LOW IN OIL OR U GOTA A BAD OIL PUMP AND BAD MAIN BEARINGS
When my 1994 Pontiac Transport is in park and idling the the speedometer runs erratically? Why?
i had a fuel leak
replace the cam sensor
You don't. If you are having an issue with idling check the IAC Valve.
This is probably due to a dirty or malfunctioning Idle Air Control (IAC) motor. This device calibrates the air in idling, and stop interacting once you accelerate. It is located in the throttle body. Sometimes, just removing it and deep cleaning it will do
Can you tell us little more? Does the engine squeal when the car is just sitting and idling? Or, is the squeal from the suspension .... it squeals when you're moving or turning?
Check you spark plugs. Probably going to need to replace them.
did you use a memory saver? I know you did not so the vehicle has to go through a relearn process, every time you start and drive the car it will learn something and it will get back to normal After I replaced battery for my 2003 Camry last night with 12V disconnected from car for 5 min. After new battery was installed, the idling was very low and rough at approx 300 rpm (normally approx 700rpm). Car was running on the road for 15min last night and this morning. It was still having the same problem. I referred to other answer of similar case for 2005 Subaru. From cold off, turn to ON position and wait for 15sec. Then start the engine. Let engine idle for 5 minutes without loading at Parking gear. Then, run on the road for 10 minutes. It is now smooth and back to normal idling approx 700rpm, probably after computer relearn.
Try changing the pcv valve. Also check for blockage on the tube going to it.
If it doesn't have the daylight sensor on the dash, you should be able to turn the DRLs off by applying the emergency brakes.
