It could be what is called a TIA, (Transient Ischemic Attack) which is also referred to as a Mini stroke. You should go to the Hospital immediately. There is obviously something wrong in your brain that is not allowing your mouth to work properly...it could be a blood clot or worse. Get checked out now.
