What would cause a 1993 Geo Storm that wants to die while running and is then hard to start up if it does at all you have replaced the fuel filter fuel pump plugs and wires all distributor parts?

More than probably you have a problem with humidity getting into your distributor and/or sparkplug wires. After you have had the car running for about an hour you can use a silicone spray to waterproof your system.
How do you reset the timing on a 1991 Geo Storm if you forgot to mark the timing when you took it off?
Assuming that the camshaft and crankshaft are set correctly, I usually loosen the bolt holding the distributor in place. Not too loose. Start the car and rev it to about 2-3 thousand rpm by manually rotating the throttle arm. While doing this, rotate the distributor back and forth slowly until you hear the rpm's peak. This should put you in the ballpark. For finite adjustment, use a timing light and advance the distributor 1-2 degrees. If you have no idea what I'm talking about, then have it done by a qualified mechanic. 92 Geo Storm. Lugs up hill and when accelerating on flat ground. Replaced distributer, plugs are good. Replaced the plug wires. Does this when it is warm and cold. Computer says all is good. HELP
