My 1994 ub diesel truck was running fine until it ran out of fuel and when the truck was refueled the truck would not start?
What could be the problem with my 1994 Mazda b2300 truck as it infrequently will not start even after I have replaced the fuel filter battery and ingnition solenoid?
If the starter is engaging and turning the engine but the engine is not starting you have one of three problems. * Fuel delivery * Ignition spark * Compression If your engine has all three and their performance is within the normal specifications for that engine, it will start. Now you need to find out which is out of specification.
I was told the computer was bad. I would test the computer first. It may also be the ignition module. I had the same problem with my '94 Mazda truck. It would be running fine and then just shut off. Also had trouble starting up every now and again. Usually i could just tap on the ignition module several times and it would start right up.
