Check the universal joints and balance of the driveshaft. When you are accelerating pressure is applied to these parts and if they are worn or out of balance or dented they will cause a vibration that will stop when you let off the gas.

My guess would be wheel balance.

try checking your mass air flow sensor or just change it.
your heater core is going out, you need to replace it before it ruptures.
There are several things that can cause your 1995 Chevrolet Blazer to shake when accelerating. Bad spark plugs and spark plug wires can cause the vehicle to shake. Tuning up the engine may eliminate the problem.
They get noisy, squeal and vibrate. Also if you keep burning out the blower motor resistor, that is a sign the blower motor is on its way out.
Check the coolant system to make sure you are not low. An air bubble going through the heater core can make an odd sound.
