axle seals, it probally does it more after you complete a turn. You should check the rotors and wheels from the insode for oil. (make sure it isn't brake oil)
cv joints
No, it's fine but, if it was it might be a worn out universal joint.
Bad Struts
Worn motor and/or tranny mount.
Sounds like your ball joints are shot. Could also be your axles. I had the same noise, clunking when i turned and it turned out to be my axles. Check the boots to see if they are ripped.
Motor and transmission mounts. Or differential is getting worn(check fluid- sometimes the differential fluid and transmission are shared- if not, refill or youll lose the differential ).Check the easiest first, the mounts are probably old, worn and broken.
Clunking.
check the u-joints in the drive shaft first
It will sound like a gear moving, there might be a clunking sound. It is perfectly normal.
Normally a loud whine will occur. Sometimes a clunking sound will happen when you move off from standstill. Always a good plan to check the oil level in the Differential casing.
I would suspect worn steering components, or front wheel drive components. Have this inspected as it could be a dangerous situation.
The simplest thing to check would be the universal joints on your drive shaft. See if you have any play in any of those universals. The springs in the center of the clutch disk could also be out and cause a clunking. MGB's also have thrust washers in the differential that wear out and cause a clunk in the differential.
