What would cause a 93 acura integra to not start after it rains and we have already checked the most common culprets and will turn over but wont start or run?

I am not entirely sure since i have a 1994 integra ls, BUT.. you should probably check/test these on you're car> starter, igniter (Ignition), your alternator. Try checking terminals, one of them could be ruined on you're starter due to the rain.

So short answer no, but the long answer is that yes you can if you mix and match components off of a 92-95 Civic (uses similar parts as the 94-01 Integra, and they are more common in junk yards) with your car.
