It should not cause any sound issues. If you have an on board sound card that has issues, more memory might help.If by sound you mean noise from fans and hard drives - not likely, though if you do a lot of memory intensive processes then you'd have fewer hard drive writes since less info would need to go to the hard drive.
Check to see if your sound card is working properly and compatible with your computer. Go to My Computer, click Properties and then Device Manager and there will be a yellow sign to show if sound card isn't working. "Computer equipment" is/are those physical devices/components that go into making a computer or peripherals that may be attached to a computer to make a "computer system" fit for purpose. The "computer equipment" would not normally include the software but a "computer system" would.
Your computer doesn't need a subwoofer, but it would be nice to have one. If you want to get a sound system with a subwoofer, there are thousands of them on the market today, ranging from about $20 to several hundred dollars.
A power spike - also known as a power surge - could harm a computer if the computer's power supply has a low joule (unit of energy) rating. A power spike, a sudden increase in energy, can overwhelm a computer's power supply and cause too much electricity to flow to sensitive chips and processors and destroy them. To safeguard against power spikes a surge protector should be bought. A computer power supply with a high joule resistance rating would work as well.
Maybe the muffler is bad.
collapsed lifter?
An exhaust restiction, like a clogged catalytic convertor
It's probably a worn suspension part.
If it sounds like its coming from inside the car its probably the fuel pump if not its kind of hard to say.
If you performed this task with the computer running (power on), you may have shorted out the sound card. Always, when installing or removing any electrical/sound connection from the back of a PC, turn it off first.

A worn out clutch release bearing would cause a whining sound when you put your foot on the clutch.
It's probably brake pads.
An infection would cause pitbull to have a swollen eye and filmy white stuff coming out of it.
the strings
A hole in the muffler would cause a knocking sound in your muffler. A loose exhaust pipe can also cause a knocking noise.
