It may be a migraine headache, if you don't go to a hospital right away, its going to stay and get worse. My mom, and grandmother get them, I never do, but its a genetic thing.
I would recommend going to the hospital and find out what it is, and get some medicine!
Hope I helped! ^.^

well pregnancy symptoms can start prior to period. 1week before your period symptoms may be seen. fatigue, nausea, frequent urination are the signs you can notice.
You would die. You would experiment very embarrassing side effects (nausea, vomiting, headache, bleedings(spotting), etc..) but you wouldn't die. This won't cause an abortion, it will retard ovulation, but if you're already pregnant... forget that.

There is not for sure way to tell that you are pregnant without a test, especially if you suspect that you are pregnant. Look for symptoms such as swollen/tender breasts, nausea, missed period, and fatigue/tiredness.
I had no fatigue with my first. I was constantly tired for the whole first trimester with my second. Only slight fatigue with my third. It totally depends every pregnancy is different
within the first month mostly not a lot of signs, but youll see nausea, hot flashes just very minor things.
Tension headache can result when muscles stay tensed or in a state of spasm for too long. The pulling in your face may be a focal Dystonia and you should see a movement disorder specialist for proper diagnosis. Focal Dystonia can be treated and result in lessening of headache, but it must be diagnosed by someone who knows what it is. The somewhat rare nature of this disorder means many doctors cannot diagnose it properly. A movement disorder specialist has had extra training in diagnosis and treatment of these disorders. You are describing a typical tension headache, but there may be more to the story than that. For best results, see a headache specialist for proper diagnosis and treatment, as any headache lasting a month is cause for concern.
Other than for obvious reasons, why would you think you were pregnant? Did you miss a couple of periods before? From experience and being that I have never been pregnant, I know that a headache, nausea, and a lot of tissue loss during a period can just be that you are clotting more than usual this month. Though it sounds that you are very worried about the situation and since you have been sexually active, I would recommend that you go see your doctor or visit the nearest planned parenthood for further direction.

Yes You can, The nausea and visible signs usually begin a month into pregancy.. so 3 weeks is very normal.
You could be experiencing a number of things. The top two I can think of would be clinical depression or PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder). PTSD is likely to happen when you have had a past trauma in your life, whether it be recent or not. But, as I am not a doctor or a licensed professional, I advise you to seek professional help from a doctor to see what's the matter. Sometimes you're just having a bad week/month, but other times it can be something a little more serious.
Where do you live and where have you traveled to in the past month. You most likely do not have it. What about a fever?
