What would cause a pumpkin pie to not form so that it tastes fine but doesn't hold the pie shape once you cut a piece out?

My best guess is either a) it didn't bake long enough or b) not enough eggs. A traditional pumpkin pie is really a thick custard made with eggs, milk or cream (or evaporated milk), sugar, pumpkin and spices. The mixture thickens when the egg protein is heated until it becomes a solid. Without the eggs, or without cooking long enough, it will be liquid. _______________________________________________________________________ Probably because it didn't bake long enough. If that's the case, just pop it in the oven for 5 more minutes and see how it comes out.
