i have a 95 Mercury Villager,,it keeps eating Starters,,except its not the Flywheel,, Just found out that the Flywheel has been Reverseing,,, what would cause that to happin...Help...

The front wheel bearings need to be pressed into the spindles. This is something an automotive machine shop would normally do. The rear wheel bearings are bolt-on hub assemblies.
Cause the window motor is out
A broken hose, most likely.
Dead battery? Battery cables in need of cleaning or replacement?
Cause the gas tank houses the (prepare yourself for this one) gas!
would like to know where the speedometer sensors are on a 1999 villager
Bring to a shop that has an ABS scanner to determine problem. It can be many things including wheel sensors, ABS pump, or bent ABS ring located on your CV axle or rear hub assembly.
I would like to answer that but I don't know what a "moniford" is.
