What seizure is most fatal?
Seizures are extremely rarely fatal. People are more likely to die from another cause, such as falling from a high place when having a seizure. The most serious kind of seizure is a Grand Mal, and if a seizure itself is going to kill someone, it would have to be an extremely serious Grand Mal seizure. However the vast majority of Grand Mal seizures are not serious enough to cause serious damage, so people would not regard them as being a risk of death.
Can a seizure cause a T.I.A.?
A seizure is caused by excessive electrical activity in the brain. A transient ischaemic attack is due to a problem in the blood supply to the brain. They are two very different kinds of problems. A seizure would not cause a problem in the blood supply to the brain and so it would not cause a TIA.
Can flying cause a seizure?
Epilepsy has a wide variety of forms, causes and severity. Most people with epilepsy would have absolutely no problem with flying. For some people stress can cause seizures. If someone was very stressed about flying, they could get a seizure, but it would be the stress, not the flying itself that causes them to have a seizure. Can a grand mal seizure cause you to lose your mind?
No, not the seizure itself. However, people have died during a grand mal seizure due to severe head injuries which have occurred (e.g. when the head strikes the ground violently). This is wrong, The seizure itself may cause your heart to stop, killing you. Jett Travolta died from the seizure itself, not from hitting his head, don't take my word for it, look it up. Some can cause Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy, or SUDEP Actually Jett Travolta did hit his head during his seizure.
Can epilepsy cause retardation?
It would take a very serious seizure to do long term damage to the brain to that extent. It is possible, but the huge majority of seizures are nowhere close to doing so. So for the vast majority of people with epilepsy, something like that is not a worry they would have.
Can a stroke happen during an epileptic seizure?
A person can have a stroke at absolutely any time. So someone could have one while having a seizure. That is not to say that a seizure can cause a stroke or a stroke can cause a seizure, or that they are particularly related as generally neither would do anything like that. Both affect the brain, but are two very different kinds of problems caused by different factors.
Does state farm cover liquid damage to car?
This would depend completely upon the cause of the damage. If a tree fell on the car during a major storm and broke the windshield completely and then rain from the storm caused damage then yes if the policy had comprehensive coverage, it would pay for the damage.
