Don't understand "september"!
The squeak is more than likely a worn shock absorber, bushing or rubber bumper.
If possible , remove tire with rear of car on supports, have someone to bounce the rear of the car and listen carefully to find the source of the
squeak. In some vehicles, disc brakes have a warning of worn pads-a squeaking will occur.
The brakes can squeak, the suspension can squeak, the steering can squeak, the wheel hub/bearings can squeak, have a trusted mechanic determine the source of the squeak.
Suspension squeaking in a Cavalier can be from suspension parts rubbing together. Check to insure that all of the bushings in the suspension are intact.

Loose shock absorbers
We changed both and the binding squeak stopped.
It maybe your suspension that squeaks when ever you go over the speed bumps.
The top control arm bushings are likely candidates.

I just fixed this on my car. All you need to do is spray some DW-40 on the area that is squeaky, and squeak no more
The most important lube points are rubber mounts that serve as an interface between the suspension and the chasis (one behind each wheel). You need a needle to squirt the grease between the rubber mount and chassis. If you do not do this, your suspension will squeak. I had mine done last year and the squeak is back!! There are also zerk fittings at each tie rod behind the front wheels.
