Does it have a mist feature where it swipes once when you start the vehicle? If so, most of the time that can be turned off. Check your manual. See sources and related links below for wiper blade information.
The way to change a rear wiper blade on a kai sedona would be to take the vehicle to an auto mechanic or an auto body shop and let them change the wiper blades on the vehicle.
This is difficult to answer because the question is not specific enough. It would be as simple as replacing a wiper blade or more difficult like replacing a wiper arm or wiper motor. Please re-submit a more specific question. If it is simply a wiper blade issue, see sources and related links below for wiper blade information and installation videos.
The rear wiper blade is a 20". It would really surprise me if the 2007 took a 20" blade, I know the 2005 takes a 12" blade. This is a special Hyundai rear wiper blade and you must go to the dealer to get it. See sources and related links below for information on the front wiper blades. Unlike some cars where you just replace the blade, the whole blade assembly is designed to be replaceable. (That would be the flexible portion that attaches to the blade directly.) The wiper blade assembly clips into a hook style retainer at the end of the wiper arm. There should be a clip where the blade assebly attaches at the hook, one part of the clip should be able to pivot out. Once that part is levered out, raise the whole wiper arm so that it sticks out. Now push the whole wiper blade assembly towards the car such that it slides out from inside the hook on the end of the wiper arm. Replacement of the wiper blade assembly should be the same process in reverse. You may need to push a bit to pop the new wiper blade assembly in place, before lowering the pivoting portion of the clip to lock it. (Most replacement wiper blades have a pictorial diagram of this process on their packaging.)
1. Turn on the rear windshield wipers. 2. Stop the wiper manually as it crosses the center of the window. 3. Lift the wiper blade up on the hinge as you would a front blade (this should de-activate the wiper mechanism and stop movement). 4. Change wiper blade. 5. Return blade to original position in which it was stopped. 6. Turn the wipers off then on.

For the mechanically challenged, it can be a daunting task to change a wiper blade on a vehicle. One problem that makes it difficult is because there are a number of wiper systems and wiper blades. Check the manual for the vehicle and it might specify the size and type of blade needed for the particular model in question. If the manual does not state what type of blade is needed, most companies who sell wiper blades have either a book or information on their computer that will clarify what type of wiper blade fits the vehicle. Before attempting to work on the wiper mechanism, the first thing a person should do is to start the vehicle and wait until the blade is in the middle of the windshield and then quickly turn off the key. This will stop the wiper’s motion and it will be in a more accessible position for removal of the old wiper blade and replacing it with a new blade. A common sense approach would be to do a simple analytical evaluation as to how the old blade is attached before removing it and this will help when installing the new one. To remove the old blade, pull the windshield wiper arm away from the windshield toward the front of the vehicle, in order to provide plenty of room to work. While firmly holding the wiper arm, after locating the connection apparatus of the old blade, lift the clip up from the blade, or depress the release tab if applicable for that type of blade, then pull the blade assembly down toward the windshield to remove it from the wiper arm. Before opening the new blade package to install it, check and make sure that it will fit the wiper arm of the vehicle. Many blades are manufactured to universally fit a variety of wiper mechanisms and come with several adaptors. If adaptors are needed, attach them and find the connection point on the wiper mechanism, slide the new blade into the crevice, then snap or hook it firmly into place.
The wiper motor on that vehicle has an internal switch that keeps the wiper after you turn it off, until the wiper blade is in the park position. If that switch has failed, the wiper will continue to run. It's a common failure for older wiper motors and you'll need to replace the motor, but they are available as an after market item so you can purchase one at a local auto parts retailer.
