A little water may show up as a random missfire (P0300). A lot of water and the engine wouldn't run at all.

Engine missfire. Time for a good tune up, wires and all.

i have a 95 Chevy astro van.what would cause the all wheel drive to work sometimes but not all the time?
you would have to change its place cause we would all burn cause its right next to the sun.
P0300 = Random Multiple Missfire Detected - Multi Cylinder Miss Fire Actually a failure not located in the cylinders, but on the ingnition or the fuel supply, or a very bad condition on the intake ( vaccum leak ) P0301 = Cylinder 1 missfire detected. P0306 = Cylinder 6 missfire detected. If you have all tree codes, start by checking the fuel delivery, fuel pressure, air intake, plug wires, plugs, vaccum leaks. Also could be a cracked head of a bad head gasked.
A major leak.
There is a long list of P codes. Better to ask for a P code. All P codes are used for multiple cars. I know for a fact that every Chrysler dodge jeep Plymouth use p0300 for multiple cylinder missfire.
No hes not cause luda dont bang cause if he did it would be all over the track
