There are several things that can cause your 1989 Honda Accord to stall on acceleration. The most common cause is a plugged or dirty air filter.
A lot of things could be causing that. First did you check your coolant?
Could be a fuel pump going bad or a clogged fuel filter,
check for vacuum leaks that wull usually cause this problem

What parts??? Body, engine, suspension???
If they are both Chevy V8 cars it will bolt up.
Instead of having a 2.8 v6 or non h.o 305. It would have a 350 tpi or high output 305. It would have a different spoiler , suspension , and have formula stickers on the doors.
There are several sending units (AKA Sensors) in that vehicle. Which one did you have in mind?
