You have a short somewhere. If you've installed a newer CD or radio to a perpetually "hot" wire (like I did, once), then it's probably your culprit. In that case, find the original radio hot wire and hook it back to that. Otherwise, it's a time consuming task of isolating different areas of your electrical system.
A raidator in need of a flush will not cause a battery drain.
