wired wrong as in constant flow most likely the red .. aka wire connected to the main power supply ... check your wire guide or install directions
The lightbulb for the clock is blown.
Try looking at different electronics stores online. They will list all the different features. If you are looking for a specific kind of clock radio stereo I would look directly on the manufacturers website.

No, there does not appear to be such a product. It would appear that Pioneer specialized more in car radios than in home radios. Consider buying a RCA alarm clock.

The stereo light should not go out. It should get dimmer though. They assume that if your headlights are on, it is dark outside and you don't need as much light to read the radio display as you would in bright light.
Unless you have a scanner or the equalivant then you think you reset it when in reality you have only had to reset the clock.
There are many stores that sell these. The first place to look would be walmart. I know that they sell these. If not walmart I would check RadioShack. Either one will carry them.
It would cause light to refract differently because the angle at which the light hits the glass block would alter and there for the way the light refracts would also alter.
It would help to know what year and model car and if original equipment or after market.
it is possible that u may have used a wire that is also used in the same circuit as the dash lights which would cause a parrellel path for the current and therefore might not be neccesarily supplying enough current to the dash lights was the stereo put in by a proffesional
