Your abdominal flutters are most likely caused by gastrointestinal issues; i.e. gas or loose stools moving through your small and/or large bowel. Try finding food sources first, by eliminating one food from your diet for a week and see if there is improvement. If not, eliminate another food. Dairy, coffee, broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, spicy foods, or highly acidic foods are usual culprits. If food elimination doesn't work, you may have a high stomach acid content, which can cause spastic colon and/or stomach acid reflux (heartburn). Try an over-the-counter acid reducer, such as Prilosec, and see if there is any improvement (give this at least two weeks to begin working, and take daily).

pregnancy
If your stomach is growing and you have negative pregnancy tests, you need to see a physician. This could be a result of a benign mass (cyst), an infection, or any other number of things that could be harmful in the long run if ignored. You shouldn't feel movement in your abdomen early during the pregnancy.
Possibly. It could also be something you ate, the digestion system, or one out of a hundred reasons or a combination of all of them.
Jeans do not cause harm to pregnancy in any way. But clothes should not be fitting tightly on the abdomen and cause undue pressure on your abdomen.
