According to the 2003 Ford Focus Owner Guide : ( Motorcraft MERCON automatic transmission fluid is used as the power steering fluid )
Mecron ATF is used for the Ford Focus.

Power steering should never go down unless there is a leak found in the system. Therefore, you generally would not need to top up your brake fluid on a ford Focus.
The power steering fluid reservoir is by the firewall towards the passenger side of the engine
As long as you use the correct standard of steering fluid, mixing red and blue shouldn't be a problem. I had blue in my focus and bought some official standard steering fluid from my local ford dealership. It turned out to be red but I put it in and the car runs fine. If in doubt give your local ford dealer a ring for some help!
The brake fluid reservoir is mounted on the Master Cylinder. Drivers side near the firewall.
At least for the 2005 model, the manual recommends using automatic transmission fluid to refill the power steering level in the car. Consult your manual to verify.
The power steering reservoir can be located on the right-hand side of the engine, near the back. The cap will be labeled as power steering fluid only.
It is locater behing the drivers side fender! That's it.
