Wheels and tires out of BALANCE. Bad idler arm, control arm bushings worn out. Belt broken in tire. front end parts worn out.
I would have the tires balanced FIRST. That's the cheapest thing to do.

The 1992 Chevrolet truck horn is located in the front of the engine compartment. The horn will be on the right hand side of the radiator.
Neither the front or rear bumper of a 1989 Chevrolet truck will fit on a 1989 Dodge truck. The bolt patterns are different and will not line up.
Hey the actuator is on the top side of the front right axle.
