This is the cartilage growth. Have you had rhinoplasty? Sometimes after you have undergone surgery on your nose, the cartilage that was removed grows back causing unsightly lumps at the sides of your nose. The best thing would be to have them removed but there is no garentee that they won't just grow back again. I think that they best thing to do would be to either leave it for a while longer to see if they get any bigger, if they continue growing, go to see your GP who will refer you to a cosmetic surgeon, who specialises in rhinoplasty.

The most common cause is the CV joints. They have a finite life and cannot be lubricated. Full replacement is the only solution. By the way, DO BOTH SIDES!
