On a 13-speed double over, if your low gear will not work, particularly when climbing hills, there is likely a problem with your transmission or shifter. Many times the problem is seen where low gear will not work and high gear will, indicating a problem with the mechanism.
A double over bicycle will have two gears for the chain and it allows for easier pedaling up and down hills. When you are in a low gear, you will find that having the chain on the smaller gear will work better than having it on the large gear, which should be reserved for the high gear.
There are several reasons that your 13 double over transmission will not go into gear. The most common reason for the transmission not going into gear is the shifting linkage is disconnected.
I would like to know if it is a standard or an automatic.
Try engine mounts. That could be the cause. If in gear and auto may be the torque converter.
Several different things will cause a power steering leak. You may have a seal leaking on the pump. The hoses get weak over time and crack. The steering gear has seals that will leak as well.
It is called the passing gear.

The 960 has 4 regular gears and an over-drive gear.
po734 means incorrect gear ratio. It probably is telling you that the engine is not in the right gear range to produce the power you need or that it is in too low a gear and is in danger of over revving. Normally you won't see this on a vehicle with an automatic trans unless there is a transmission problem. I have same code and i had to put in tranny cause it did go out..what a job. engine on mine had to come out to get to it cause i dont have a shop or a lift.
