I too am having this problem, all at home pregnancy tests have been negative, so i can rule that out.
it means either she's having her period or she has a stomach ace.
For most women the first sign of pregnancy is a missed period. Some women do have cramping and spotting when the embryo implants into the uterine wall a week or two out.
Sounds like a period to me.. but wait a week or 2 (the longer you wait the more accurate) and take a home pregnancy test
Yes this can be a sign of early pregnancy.
Haven't Started
It can be or you are ovulating or getting your period. Just cramping is not enough to determine if you are pregnant or not.
If you are cramping but your period has not started, it is nothing to worry about. Many females experience stomach cramps, backache, mood swings and cravings in the days leading up to their period. If the pain is too much, you could take a painkiller and rest with a hot water bottle against your stomach.
This is most likely post period PMS cramping. Your Uterus can continue to contract and cause cramping for a few days after your period. This is normal.

Not likely due to the location of the cramping. If you used the geographical term of stomach loosely, then it might be that you are constipated if this cramping is in the lower abdomen. However, the stomach is not an area that would cramp due to pregnancy so if this is the actual location of the cramping then it would rule out pregnancy. Cramping is not a usual symptom of pregnancy. Do you have any other symptoms of pregnancy? Pregnancy is always a possibility with sexual activity.
This will not cause period cramping or make you not have a period. This is a consequence of a fungal infection.
period pain is more lower than cramping and cramping is more pain when you are moving(motion)
