The Radiator fan relay has probably failed. It is bolted to the lower side support next to the radiator.
Low coolant, stuck thermostat, failed waterpump, plugged radiator, inoperative radiator fans, etc.
It is actually mounted to the lower radiator support.
If it has an A/T there are two. An inlet and a outlet. If it is manual transmission, no.
2 of them one under battery and other on other side behind light
your front cv boot is tore. Replace this.
Blown fusable link? blown fuse probably located in the engine bay
Where is the radiator drain plug on a 2005 dodge neon?
First, check for the obvious bad relay. Then, test the fan motor by applying 12V DC. If that shows no problem, try using a scan tool to command the fan on at the PCM. If you still find no problem, check the ECT and then see if the radiator is empty. If all is well, replace the battery.
If it is leaking trans fluid into the coolant it can cause overheating.

No. It is very unlikely that pushing a car would cause a failure later.
