That would bring your tire to about three times its normal psi level, which should cause the tire to explode. The physics of pressure, too, would indicate that air might escape the tire but wouldn't flood into it. You may want to check the tire guage you're using.
Make sure it is oil and not brake fluid.

I have to believe that it would be a bad wheel cylinder that controls the back brakes.
