Crossed wires! or a wire not pushed all the way down, or Possibly but highly unlikely a bad wire
The primary cause for no diagnostic reading to be available on a 2001 Cavalier is a faulty connection or code reader. The computer is designed to automatically transmit codes once an ODBII code reader is connected to the port.
In my 99 cavalier it means to look at gauges and check to make sure they are reading correctly. Mine goes on when I need fuel. Dummy light is what they are called.
A tachometer that shows the wrong reading and get stuck sometimes could be caused by faulty wiring between the transmission and tachometer. It could be caused by a defective instrument cluster.
It means that the hydraulics which operate your fuel and temperature gauges may be leaking or damaged. One or more of the gauges is out of the normal operating range when engine is running. It could be the oil pressure gauge is reading to low, the temperature gauge is reading to high or the voltmeter is reading to low so, check the gauges.
speedo cable?
I dont belive there is a set test for a fuel filter, but, you can put a pressure gauge before the filter, get a reading and then put the guage after the filter and get another reading. But it would be easier to just install a new filter and be done with it. But be careful...gas is dangerous and stinky
If you are sure the engine is not running hot then it could be a bad coolant temp sender.
If you have a bad O2 sensor the check engine light would come on and set a code directing you to which one is bad. A code reading tool would be required to read the codes.
Guided reading, shared reading, fluency reading, Independent reading, and reading aloud
where yo pull the dip stick marked tansmission, you put a funnel in it and pour until you have a full read on the dip stick, let it be known that people tell people who have a standard tranny that there is no tranny fluid. you should know that a manual trans does not have a filler. If your cavalier is an automatic tranny, you pull the dip stick marked transmission and put a funnel in place of it and pour until dip stck has a full reading.
Trouble code P0452 means: Evaporative Emission System Pressure Sensor/Switch Low Input Change out the sensor at that will fix your problem
