Check your steering pump to see if you need to add more power steering fluid.
Your Axle
You might want to see a specialist. I've never heard of that.
Many things can cause that, the simplest cause being lack of power steering fluid.
c/v axle is bad if its front wheel drive
have it checked you could have bent the axle and the noise would be the bearing
If its front wheel drive possibly an axle.
Bad tire? Try in another location on vehicle
Possibly the wheel bearing.
bad wheel bearing may cause it
Without seeing it , I will tell you that most of the time wheel noise that happens when you turn the wheel is due to a CV axle that is failing. Test is this way: go into a large vacant parking lot and turn the wheels to the right and go in reverse; is the noise worse? It may be if the joint is bad.Usually a wheel bearing will make a low growling noise; but you called it a squealing noise. I hope this helps a little.
Brake pads wear indicator (replace brake pads)? Bad wheel bearing? Low tire?
Possible its time to change those brake pads out. The whining noise is possibly the metal grinding to your rotor, which would cause your wheel to shake. Consider getting those rotors turned as well.
