We have one that does that. The mechanic told us it was 2 bad motor mounts, but I haven't fixed them yet (so cannot verify the diagnosis)
check the u joints.if vehicle is standard shift,i would also check the clutch
Yes, a catalytic converter can cause a vehicle to vibrate and stall. It will do this when it gets plugged because it causes the fuel mix to be disturbed.
It's your CV joints. I had the same problem
Might just need a front end alignment or maybe balance and rotate your tires.
During acceleration? I'm not sure. But when both idling and acceleration the engine's combustion can cause a lot of vibration in the steering wheel if you are in an older vehicle.
possibly on of the belt pulleys or a vaccum leak
A bad o2 sensor can cause this problem in a car. A bad fuel pump, fuel filter or fuel line will also cause hesitation during acceleration.
it cause it to vibrate!
Bucking during acceleration can be caused by a low fuel level. When the car is running on fumes, it is not getting a constant supply of gas which will cause it to stop and go.
where is a transmission sensor that may cause an 02 ford ranger 4.0 liter to feel as though it may be skipping during acceleration?
A bad fuel line can cause a 98 Toyota Camry to stall during acceleration. This happens when the line can not get proper fuel to the engine.
yes,if the inner vacuum bladder is cracked it could cause a vacuum leak, this could cause a problem at idle also.
