More information would be helpful. Are you sexually active? In which case this may be a very early miscarriage. Are you around the menopause? In which case it is just that your hormones are a bit upset. If you are worried please see a doctor.
Hi As usual, my first advice is to get an appointment with a doctor as soon as you can, but if your periods are normally regular as a clock and have been for years, I can only imaging that you might be undergoing some kind of spontaneous abortion, whether or not you knew you might be pregnant. I can't think of any other reason, unless you have not had a clockwork cycle and your body seems to be undergooing some kind of adjustment. It doesn't sound like fun though, so see a doctor or your local family planning clinic. Phil
The uterine tissue begins to separate but at first it only makes a light colored pink bleeding. As more tissue separates, bleeding becomes heavier and darker red. It may also contain small red clots. As a woman bleeds, it pools in the lower uterus (for example while you are sleeping). When bleeding is "old" (more than a day or two), not fresh bleeding, it begins to become brownish in color. That continues until all the blood has been expelled, usually 4 to 7 days for a complete period.
Because it gets heavier and then the cramps mean you are in puburty
I have the same problem and I'm looking for answers myself.
You should see your OBGYN.
if you did your peripd went longer
It is perfectly normal to start your period weeks early and its dark brown. You mostly start with dark brown when you start your period and it turns red.
The car will not start after driving for a period of time. The lights are very dim while the engine is running and get darker , or the battery light is on in the dashboard.
You Will Get Menstural Cramps and a Yellow Discharge In your Underwear Sometimes Its Even a Very Light Brown.
what does it mean you start to have a light pink discharge after your period
Blood usually turns brown when it is old and dry. Mine usually start either extremely light pink or a brown color. But consult your gynecologist to be sure.
Brown vaginal discharge can be related to your period, it's known as spotting and caused when blood mixes with discharge and takes time to leave the body (thus going brown). It can occur just before or after your period, light periods may be only light spotting like this, or brown discharge can be an indication of bleeding for other reasons like hormonal imbalance or ovulation spotting.
Yes its possible.
Brown discharge is known as spotting, it's caused when there is light bleeding which mixes with discharge and because the bleeding is so light it takes time to leave the vagina so thus becomes brown in colour. This can be a sign you're starting your period, but it can also happen due to hormonal imbalance while your body readies itself to start ovulating (and in turn start menstruating).
It means you will start you period soon.
The brown stuff is known as 'spotting' it is just blood mixing with discharge, it turns brown when it comes in contact with air. This is just the start of your period, you can also get it at other times such as at the end of your period or around ovulation.
Totally normal. If you notice when you first start your period it is bright red, and then towards the end of your period, it's brown. Brown blood=old blood, it just means its older! you will be alright!
At first the old blood comes out which is darker, and then fresh and then the last one when it has started to stop and that is darker too.
