I had a similar problem with a Toyota Corolla. Could be worth a shot There may be a window lock button (usually near the drivers electric window controls). That causes the controls from all, except the driver's, to be unresponsive.
Most, if not all 1992+ CV/GM have "window lock" switch on Master Control for windows/locks located on L/F (driver's) doorpanel that disables all except L/F. Easy means to disable the rears "semi-permanently" is to remove rear doorpanels and unplug the motors.

You may be able to install the Windows XP drivers, but since the card is very old and doesn't support any real form of hardware acceleration, there is no advantage to using it over Vista's built-in generic VESA driver.
yeah. except for those who are disable or sick, etc.

Editing the hosts file in Windows is very similar to doing it in XP, except that you need to be an administrator to save your changes. First, open Notepad as an administrator. This can be done by right-clicking on the Notepad icon in the Start menu. Once Notepad opens, open the hosts file from C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc. Make your changes and then Save.

Also when you disable your firewall you are risking the possibility that Internet Criminals can access your computer.
