Anything of such voltage will be burnt if plugged in a 230v socket outlet because the voltage is too high.
increasing the agarose concentration will enable the separation of smaller fragments of DNA. the structure of the gel (agarose) consists of crosslinks, therefore the higher the concentration of agarose the more crosslinks there will be and smaller size "holes" for the DNA to travel through (also the other way around, with less concentrated agarose)
the speed of the sound at high altitude would be very slow.
It would increase.
1. Voltmeter has high impedance and hence will restrict the current severely.a) Electric Bulb will not glowb) The Ammeter will just measure the current that Voltmeter allows and since this current is much smaller than actual current nothing will happen to ammeter.c) The Voltmeter will measure the Voltage that is being applied.d) This will allow you to measure the resistance of the Voltmeter.VR=V/I

High Voltage Hot Rod Show happened in 2009.
If you got shocked by any type of electrical current it would certainly knock you off the wire .
The larger fragements will not be very accurate because they cannot resolve in high consentrations of the agarose in the gel. The percent of agarose in the gel affects the ability to resolve larger fragements of DNA

A high dc voltage would be applied to test the insulation between the windings.
If the potential across the junction is high enough, then it could cause it to conduct. This is with all diodes and is the forward voltage. If it is not high enough, it will just sit there and not conduct.
It will 1, not charge it at all. And 2, actually "uncharge" the battery

If there is a short circuit between the transformer's high-voltage windings and its core (or any other metal parts, come to that) the fault will be recognised by the high-voltage supply's protective system, which will quickly disconnect the high-voltage line. For this to happen, the metal parts of the transformer, including its core and metal container, must be earthed or grounded to provide an electrical path back to the source of the high voltage.
Protons respond to any voltage, and moreso to high voltage. If a proton is moving away from high voltage, it must be because the high voltage source is positive. A positive will repel a positive. Certainly if the high voltage was negative, the proton would be moving toward the source. The basic laws of electrostatics apply.
