The Gravity at the point of the Earth's (former) position would disappear and would be replaced with that of the speck of dust.
As a result the moon and all orbiting satellites would no longer be in an orbit and would start traveling in the direction they were traveling at the time the earth disappeared.
A small gravity shear would also propagate outwards and would affect orbits and paths of objects close by.
Also the solar wind and particle eddies that were previously created by the presence of the Earth would disappear.
