Every country is chartered with enforcing the Antarctic Treaty and so arrest, try and confine their own citizens for violations.

For example, when the station is closed during the winter, an alleged offender may be confined to 'quarters' and when the station is opened, the alleged offender exported to the nearest territory belonging to the government where the alleged offender holds citizenship.
