First let me say that all earthly titles will be done away with when a person dies. You return to the afterlife just as you came to earth, except for the knowledge you have gained while in this life. A Pharaoh will be judged for his deeds on earth and not because of the title bestowed upon him by men.

Who is more important the pharaoh or the slaves pharaoh?

The pharaoh would be more important as he was of a higher social standing. If something were to happen to a pharaoh, a new ruler would have to be enthroned complete with the coronation events of the new ruler and the funeral rites and services for the old pharaoh. Slaves, on the other hand, were of little or no importance in the ancient world. If something happened to them, they, or their services would be missed, but would also be replaced.
