If a plant cell (or any cell for that matter...) lacked a mitochondria, then it wouldn't be able to produce the energy needed to function.
Central vacuole
Chloroplasts are organelles found in plant cells that aid in conducting photosynthesis which is the primary source in which plants make their own food by converting carbon dioxide into organic compounds (especially sugars) using the energy found in the source of sunlight. If plants lacked chloroplasts then they would be unable to conduct photosynthesis, unable to produce their own food, and therefore would most likely die.
to see what would happen and if it did exactly the same as what the 1st plant did.
It would die.
The plant would die. Chloroplast turns light into energy and without energy the plant would eventually die.
the cell would die and not be used and rise up in to your skin.
If a plant cell lacked chloroplasts, then it would compare to "a human without a heart"
it will become deformed
the cell die from infection.

Your throat will get soar, nothing will happen to the plant.

Nothing would happen to the plant. It will have a normal growth provided other parameters are normal.
the plant would die out
