First off Surenos are a gang under the Mexican Mafia along with other gangs such as MS-13 & Eighteen Street. Mexican Mafia are the main one's with a lot of power in prison but they don't ''own'' the prisons it's way too many other gangs with numbers in the prisons for them to get passed before they ''own'' anything.
