The Peruvian ecosystem that exists where wild llamas live would be disrupted. With no llamas to feed on the plants that live there, the plant community would suffer. As would those predators that hunt llamas for food.
The people who rely on llamas for transportation would be forced to rely on other animals that are less reliable on rocky terrain like that found in the Andes. Thus these people's survivability and ability to cope and live with the loss of the llama population would be made less possible than it is today.
It would be extinct. As in no longer in existence. It would not be here anymore.
