We could keep on burning fossil fuels (coal, oil and natural gas). The air would be full of pollution and dust. As coal and oil eventually run out we will be desperately trying to dig up and mine even our most beautiful National Parks and Heritages. We will be digging into Antarctica looking for oil. All our forests will have gone, destroyed to make paper and boxes, or burnt to keep us warm.

β 15y agoWhen asking that question, do keep in mind that climate is weather over a period of time, so no climate means no weather, no weather means no sun and no sun would mean every living thing on Earth would be dead. Remember, the sun is the main driver for the Earth's weather and without it, there wouldn't be anything alive on Earth.

β 10y agoIf global warming was not happening then, obviously, the world would not be warming, and we would not be worried about rising sea levels and other predictions.
If global warming was not happening then we would probably keep building coal-fired power stations to produce electricity, as that's the way we have always done it.
If global warming was not happening then probably the world would stop researching renewable energy like solar and wind power.
If global warming was not happening, and we keep on burning fossil fuels (coal, oil and natural gas), then some day we would have to start worrying about air, land and water pollution.
If Global Warming were not happening, there would be extemely cold winters, like the one we are experiencing now.
