It'd all get used up and life would cease.
energy is not released
In the absence of decomposers from carbon cycle heaps of organic matter will accumulate. This will ultimately disturb the natural balance.
If the spindle fiber were disrupted, the duplicated chromosomes would not be separated.
The cycle would stop. You need to reinvest these compounds into the cycle to keep the biochemical process moving.
In a woman, her menstal cycle could be disrupted or stop all together, causing early onset of menapause. Over heating your body is another possibility.
Dead material would accumulate to choke out livable habitat. Basically, there would be dead organisms and animal waste piled up everywhere!

There would be no water cycle.
There Would No longer Be a Rock Cycle :(
yes, no, maybe so
Water, carbon, oxygen, nitogen, and phosphorus are 5 or the most important substances for life. An ecosystem must be able to cycle these kinda of matter in order to support life. So I would assume that if matter could not cycle through and ecosytem then life would not be supported.Hope this helps!
